A few short months ago, we decided to take a leap of faith and plan an organic garden. We've been learning as we go, and it's been hard, hot dirty work, but we're proud to say we're starting to see the fruits of our labor (or veggies of our labor in our case). Erin has taken an idea -- to grow healthy, organic, flavorful produce for our community -- and made it a reality. What was once our "imaginary garden," is now bursting with beautiful plants and yummy vegetables. So far, we've seen squash, sugar snap peas, beets and radishes.

She's planted a great variety of vegetables (we bet you haven't even heard of some of them!), and we're looking forward to sharing the produce with our community. Let us know what you'd like to see in our garden!
